A year or two back, it seemed that everyone was crazy about altering children's puzzle pieces. Somehow I never got around to them. Recently I found a handful of pieces in my "jumbled materials" box and gave it a whirl. Despite my initial skepsis, I found altering the puzzle parts was a nice play-around for lazy afternoons, and a wonderful way to make good use of scraps too small for much else.Thursday, September 13, 2007

I LOVE puzzle pieces. They make great tags to add to art when you forget to leave room to add your name on the back, as I often do. These are really lovely, playful little pieces, Susan.
